Comcast International France is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture. Consistent with the Act for the Freedom to Choose One’s Future Career enacted in France on 5 September 2018, Comcast has evaluated its employee and compensation data, and is pleased to publish its score of 86% on the Gender Equal Pay Index for the 2024 calendar year, we maintain our efforts over the prior year.

This score breaks down as follows:

• Pay gap indicator: 31
• The difference of pay rate indicator: 35
• Indicator relating to returns from maternity leave: 15
• Breakdown indicator among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5

The final score is 86/100, just 2 points down on the 2024 data, which is linked to the first indicator, the pay gap indicator (33 last year).
